Do Alocohol and Drugs induce state of meditation?

   Consumption of alcohol and drugs gives relaxation to the mind only and makes one forget the present worries and stresses temporarily.Drugs may induce some "elevated experiences" in addition to giving relaxation to the mind.Like the drug induced experiences alcohol induced experiences are also not spiritual experiences and causes harm to the body and mind, in the long run.For sadhana, a seeker should take care of his body properly,a fit body supports sadhana.It is not advisable to weaken the body by consuming drugs or alcohol.
   For progressing in spiritual life there are no shortcuts.If alcohol or drugs could induce spiritual experiences things would have been very easy.Spirituality could then be purchased within the cost of drugs or alcohol but this not true.Those who beleive that alcohol or drugs can give them spirituality are misguided.As i said and this i repeat that there are no shortcuts to spirituality.One has to do the hardwork of sadhana.Also anybody who does sadhana gains in spirituality and these gains are his permanant and authentic spiritual treasures.No one can snatch your spiritual treasures from you.

Why is it that some people feel the need of spirituality and others do not?

       It requires sensitivity in a person to realise the need of spirituality.Everyone sees and experience sufferings around him in many forms-Serious diseases,Loss of  beloved,Accidents etc.. In addition there are sufferings related to the mind like fear,guilt,depression etc.. Sensitivity implies that one should realise for onslelves that suffering is inherent in human life.It also implies the desire to explore whether or not there is a way to get rid of sufferings.Also sensitivity means to find out whether there is an unchanging and indestructible essence within onselves, which doesnt perish, even if the body dies at death.Only such a person can be called sensitive and it is only such a person who feels the need for spirituality.The number of such persons are unique as compared to the insensitive pesons.Once a person is sensitive he embarks upon a journey towards superconsciousness which is called turning to spirituality or spiritual life.

Why violence................................... Why not peace

The basic root cause of violence is injustice. Violence is visualized in a mass. Actually speaking violence starts in the individual. Individual encounts injustice in various reasons and the violent energy suppressed and waiting for the occasion. When many such individual meet together the suppressed violence rises and targeting a country or particular race of people and aiming for destruction. 

Kundalini-The Maha Sakthi

The whole cosmos is made up of  sakthi(energy)and  human beings function out of sakthi.The whole effort is how to grasp the cosmic energy, the seed of the cosmic energy is present in human in the name of kundalini.It is right now is in potential form but it need to be actualised so that one can achieve his needs and happiness  to attain fulfillment. 

FREEDOM

Freedom is not liberty from society,family or any external bondage to world.It is liberation from ones own mind unconditionally.Freedom is not achieved but decided.
